How long can we hire the soft play equipment for?

 

Our packages can be hired for four hours between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays (latest pick-up is at 6:00 pm, additional charges apply for late pick-ups).  Friday bookings may also be accommodated.   We would need 45 minutes to an hour to set-up and collect our equipment but that doesn't include your booked package!  If you want to hire our equipment longer, no problem!  An additional charge is applicable as long as we do not have any prior bookings that day, we will let you hire the equipment longer than four hours, just let us know.

Is there a delivery fee?

​

Delivery is free or charge within South San Francisco.  Delivery charge is to be determined if your location is outside of our delivery area.

Can I book soft play equipment for indoor / outdoor party?

​

Yes.  We ask that you make the necessary arrangements if your event is held outdoors, in a hall or reception such as the needed requirements prior to set-up.  For outdoor hire, you may want to consider a shaded spot or provide a tent just in case the weather isn't so good.  We charge an additional cleaning fee for outdoor hire.  Special instructions and other restrictions (stairs, elevators, limited parking) must be disclosed in advance before your party date to avoid any problems that could arise.

How soon can we book?

Booking can be done as soon as you have a confirmed date for your event.  We will secure your booking and block the date once we receive your deposit.  We suggest you book in advance to make sure that your date is available as weekends can fill-up immediately.  During your initial booking, we will only hold the date for you up to two days. If deposit is not made, the date and time is released without notice.  Often times we get multiple inquires for the same day and we can only secure the date on a first come first served basis. No booking is deemed confirmed unless the deposit is paid in full.

What if I want to rent your equipment but have limited space?

No problem!  We will try to accommodate you to our very best so we can still provide soft play party fun for your Little Tots.  We can make special arrangements for you.  Let us talk and discuss possible options.

What if it rains?

​

We will NOT set-up the soft play equipment if it's forecast to rain or have strong winds on the day of your event for safety purposes.  We will contact you ahead of time to discuss other possible options or accommodate you on a later date.

Are you insured?

​

Yes.  We do carry a general liability insurance.
